Problem Statement

We built an all-encompassing project management ecosystem that integrates Agile workflows with resource planning and financial tracking, providing a unified view of the entire organization. The backend, built with Django, handles complex business logic for project hierarchies, resource scheduling, and financial accounting. Celery manages background tasks like generating reports and sending automated notifications. The React-based frontend provides a modern, interactive interface for team collaboration. The system centralizes all project artifacts, from requirements and tasks to code repositories and financial documents, creating a single source of truth for the entire organization.
